Summary

We stand behind our products and our shipping services and offer 30-days to return the item from the order ship date. This is valid for any return. We may deduct return shipping from your refund if we are not at fault in the order issue. With our returns portal, returns are hassle free. We will also gladly exchange a defective product with the same product and ship it out at no extra charge. We do ask for proof of shipment / product damage.

Complete Return and Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days from the day we ship it to you. If 30 days have gone by since your order has shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

In cases where there is no issue with the order, and you just want to return it, we do ask that you pay return shipping costs. For your convenience, we simply deduct return shipping from your refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If contacting us regarding an order, providing an order number will greatly expedite the return / refund process.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as:
- Item with obvious signs of use
- Any mixed media item (CD, DVD, or video game) that has been opened
- Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the order ship date

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received, it will be inspected and processed within 2-3 business days. Any refund you are granted will be submitted by the end of that process and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The amount of time that it takes for your refund to post with your bank or credit card company varies. Most refunds are issued within 4-14 business days. Please allow at least 10 days before contacting us regarding late or missing refunds.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you still haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please contact us at support@kaleidoquest.com. We will investigate the late payment issue and make sure everything is taken care of on our end to process your refund.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded due to constantly changing sales and special offers. If you purchased an item and believe it should have been given a sale price, please contact us at support@kaleidoquest.com and we will investigate the order and issue refunds if applicable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@kaleidoquest.com - we will work with you to make your exchange as seamless as possible. We do require proof of shipment / product damage in order to process your exchange.

Please include your original packing slip, invoice, or receipt with your return as it will greatly expedite the refund process.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. It will likely be of similar time frames as your original shipment.

If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service that provides tracking and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
